10% order cancellation fee applies to all cancelled orders. 

 Returns 

 Any returns for an exchange or refund will be allowed within 14 days from the receipt of your order and must be authorized prior to shipping. All authorized returned merchandise must be unused and in its original salable packaging. No returns or exchanges on opened, installed, or merchandise that has been used will be allowed. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Returns must be sent prepaid and insured by the customer. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. There is 10% restocking fee on any returns. Your authorized return must include a copy of your invoice for proper credit. After 14 days we will not accept returns for any reason. Inspect all items before installing them, as if anything is not right we cannot get you a new one if it is not new in the box. All returns will require photos to insure items condition prior to returning.
